All Institute activities and events will take place at the Lake Nona Wave Hotel.
Registration will be open Tuesday, February 17 from 5:00–7:00 p.m. Along with Registration, there will be a reception. (Your guest is also welcome to attend for an additional fee.)

The guest registration for FSP Institute allows non-industry attendees such as spouses, children, or companions of registered attendees to access the Tuesday reception, Wednesday dinner, and Thursday dinner for an extra fee. Please note that guests are not permitted to attend the conference, breakfasts, or lunches.
Reservations must be made no later than January 19, 2026 (or until the block has been filled) to receive the group rate. Reservations made after this date are subject to the hotel’s space and rate availability. Call 407- 675-2000 and request the “FSP Institute” rate or reserve online here.
The room rate may be available for the 3 days before and after the FSP Institute, based on hotel availability. Because this is “high” season, we recommend that you book your hotel early to ensure availability.
You can earn up to 16 hours of accounting, CFP, Insurance (please indicate your states during registration), legal (please indicate your states during registration), and Professional Recertification (PRP) credit. Be sure to bring your resident state insurance license number, CFP license number, or legal license number with you. To earn insurance credit, you must attend the entire program from Wednesday at 8:00 am until Friday at 12:00 pm.
Sports or business casual clothes selected for comfort and informality will be the rule during the FSP Institute. Because it is virtually impossible to have the room temperature perfect for every individual, please bring a sweater or light jacket with you to the classroom.
Please indicate your request during registration. If you did not include your requirements, contact Barbie LaCasto at 703-770-8237 and tell her what you need. In order to give the hotel enough time to prepare, please do this by Monday, February 2.
If you are bringing a group of 2 or more people (including yourself) the entire group can receive a discount. See Registration Page for pricing. All participants must register together to qualify.

Cancellations can be made by emailing NAIFA Member Support (info@naiforg) or calling 877-866-2432. There will be a $100 fee for cancellations made by Friday, January 16. Cancellations made after January 16th will not receive a refund. NAIFA will only issue refunds for conference registration as indicated in the Cancellation Policy. NAIFA assumes no responsibility for expenses or fees incurred for cancelled airline tickets, hotel accommodations, or other travel related expenses.
